Ruby on Rails with Miguel Vega at Open Source Health Care Alliance (OSHCA) Conference
Together with Miguel Vega of upstrat (what a hip Web 2.0 company name), we gave a Ruby on Rails presentation at the recent Open Source Health Care Alliance (OSHCA) Conference. Miguel Vega is a talented developer, and really knows his stuff. Great guy.
The presentation was well received, though as normal, not many people responded to the questions I asked. With people giving positive comments. Interestingly enough people believe that I am working with Miguel, but I only met Miguel the day before the conference itself.
When putting the slides together, as most presenters do, they look up resources online to use for their presentation. See what past presentations have been given out, and build their presentation around those ideas. Oddly enough Miguel found my presentation I gave about Ruby.
